So far, we had Joshua Rogers out to give us an estimate- I did not expect such a thorough inspection! He was outside, on top of roof, came inside and accessed both areas of our attic. He took many pictures and spent an hour explaining everything he found and how and what should be repaired. We had other companies give us estimates and none did as thorough of an inspection- 1 didn't even do any measurements. Totally impressed with Joshua- he really sealed the deal for us. Expecting nothing less when the crew comes to do the work. Very confident the work will be expertly completed. Well done, Joshua!
