This smaller home in Cincinnati was ready for a roof replacement. Just by looking at the shingles from the outside, we could tell this roof didn't have much life left if not replaced soon. Some shingles were warped, missing, torn, and all of the ridges, edging, flashing, and the perma boot was looking pretty rough as well. We started by stripping the old shingles down to the sheathing, where it was revealed that the sheathing was actually still in good shape and up to code. So we just layed down our Tri-built synthetic underlayment along with our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane. After that was sealed with our Geocel Scypolymer roof bonding sealant, we layed down our IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a glacier color. The shingles were nailed down with galvanized steel coil nails. We topped everything off we new perma boots, ridges, and edging. The result is a roof with a 10 year no leak warranty that looks amazing.
Over time, this Cincinnati roof was becoming uneven, discolored, and damaged from wear and tear. Our team stripped the roof and installed all new products - including a weatherproof liner and brand new shingles. We then hauled away all debris - leaving the owners with a clean and elevated property.
This roof in Cincinnati, Ohio was sagging and in need of replacement. When we stripped away the prior shingles we also learned that a substantial amount of wood needed replacing.
We replaced this wood with new plywood before installing a weatherproof liner and new shingles. This roof replacement was a complete success - leaving the home with a brand new warrantied roof.
