This property owner expressed to our Inspector that they were frustrated with ongoing leaks and having to continually perform temporary repairs. They wanted us to replace the rubber roof completely in order to stop the cycle of madness. To replace this roof we:   -Removed the existing roof down to wood decking -Reflashed all penetrations points on the roof -Installed new Fiberboard base sheets -Installed EPDM rubber with termination bars at eaves -Hauled away all debris   With their new roof, the owner can rest easy knowing they’ve invested in a durable, long-term solution—saving money compared to costly temporary repairs.
