During the past month, we received a couple of wind storms that were powerful enough to damage some older roofs, like the one seen here. The evidence of missing granules and warped shingles were enough to warrant a claim to be submitted to their insurance company. After we worked with the homeowners insurance company and received the go ahead to replace the roof, we then went over the details with the homeowners.
