This home in Madison, IN was succumbing to water damage from an improperly sealed existing roof. You see, while this roof was older and the shingles were worn down, the roof could have maybe lasted a couple years longer if all the complex roofing aspects were properly accounted for by their previous roofing contractor. For example, there was a big hole in the decking underneath that was allowing water to seep into their attic. When we replaced their existing roof, we made sure to get all aspects of the roof properly sealed, as we do with all our roofs. New Shingles
