Any rotten or damaged wood has been removed from this roof and will be replaced by our team.
Replacement Wood for Roof
This wood will be used to replace any rotten wood found on the roof.
Replacement Wood Installed
The rotted wood on the roof has been carefully replaced by our team with new wood.
Weather-Resistant Underlayment and Liner Installed
The bare wood of this roof has been covered with the IKO Dynasty system's underlayment and ice/water shield.
RoofGuard and GoldShield Installed Over Wood
The RoofGuard Underlayment and GoldShield Ice and Water Shield are designed to protect the roof's wood from water damage.
Shingles Installed Over Liners
After the weather shield and underlayment have been installed, the team begins securing the shingles overtop.

This roof boot's design is unique. It is a single-piece boot and designed to not rot out over time.
New Ridge Vents Installed Around Reinforced Hips
