Roofing Replacement Done the Klaus Way in Cincinnati, Ohio

This roof was in okay shape but we could tell that it was time for a replacement. We started by stripping the two layers of shingles all the way to the sheathing, then we replaced the sheathing that wasn't up to code. We than layed down our Tri-Built Synthetic Underlayment and our IKO Stormshield Ice & Water membrane as well. We then installed IKO Dynasty AR shingles in a shadow brown color. We also added some flashing, edging, and hips and ridges.
