Roof Replacement in Springboro, Ohio

We replaced this roof the Klaus way. We started by stripping the roof down to the sheathing, then replacing all the plywood that wasn't to code. We then replaced the insulation that had became moldy. We then placed our underlayment consisting of KRS Sealoron XT Premium Ice/Water Shield and KRS Velora One Synthetic Underlayment. Then we did a full shingle replacement with IKO Dynasty Architectural shingles in Emerald Green.
