This home in Loveland, OH, needed a new roof because there were active leaks forming in the ceiling of the home. We started by stripping the roof down to the sheathing, and then replaced all the damaged wood. We then installed our two underlayments, including our ice & water shield in all the most vulnerable areas. We then installed our IKO Dynasty AR shingles, which are a class 3 impact rating, in the Cornerstone colorway.
