Photo Album: Roof Replacement Company in Dayton, Ohio

The existing roof on this home had a rough storm breeze by, which left it worse for wear. The homeowners decided it was time to get their roof replaced, and they went with us since they were recommended by their neighbor. The gutter lining was also in need of a replacement, so we added that to the estimate as well. After we wrapped up the project, the homeowners were very relieved to not have to worry about the upcoming winter any longer. It's a good thing they decided to replace their roof because this winter has been setting records in terms of snow precipitation and freezing temperatures. Who knows what could've happened to their roof if they didn't get it repaired.

Flat Shingles

We make sure to install our shingles neatly and flatly so they don't only like nice, but they also perform as intended.

Proper Roof Foundation

After stripping the old roof down to the sheathing, we made sure to inspect all the wood for weakness. We then replaced all the wood that didn't pass inspection, and taped them boards up along the seams. The white underlayment section you see is our KRS Sealoron XT Ice & Winter shield. This underlayment has self-adhering glue, which helps seal the nails when we install the shingles over it.
