This low sloped roof for this ranch style home in Georgetown was leaking water. There was a large hole in the ceiling of the home from a recent storm, which was leaking lots of water onto the floor. After we worked with the homeowners insurance company, we were able to diagnose a great solution. We first replaced all the damaged wooden decking after stripping the entire existing roof. We then installed our IKO Ice & Water Shield underlayment all over the low sloped portions of the roof, which will help extend the longevity of the new roof. Replacing The Decking

We replaced parts of the decking in this home to keep the integrity of the new roof strong.

Ice & Water Shield Underlayment

This adhesive underlayment will make sure that built up water can't seep into the decking. Low sloped roofs are more likely to have ice dams build up.

Shingle Installation

When we nail our shingles over the Ice & Water shield, the adhesive glue under the underlayment wraps around the nail, keeping the decking sealed from water.
