Ranch Style Home
We use a drone to capture the photos from every project.

Leaky Roof
Here was one of the problem areas where the ceiling had a leaking hole.

Old Roof
This existing roof had many inconsistencies.

Replacing The Decking
We replaced parts of the decking in this home to keep the integrity of the new roof strong.

Ice & Water Shield Underlayment
This adhesive underlayment will make sure that built up water can't seep into the decking. Low sloped roofs are more likely to have ice dams build up.

Shingle Installation
When we nail our shingles over the Ice & Water shield, the adhesive glue under the underlayment wraps around the nail, keeping the decking sealed from water.

New Roof Aerial View
The shade of these shingles match the home very nicely.

Class 3 Shingles
We used class 3 IKO Dynasty shingles for this roof.
