This home in Covington, KY was having some leaking issues for the tenants who lived there. We met with the homeowner to give an inspection on how we could replace their roof. The existing roof was made of slate, and the decking was looking pretty rough from what we could gather. However, we ensured the homeowner we could make the change from slate to asphalt, and they would yield great results. They agreed, and we finished the roof replacement in a day.
