For this home, we were commissioned to do a full roofing replacement to make sure the folks living in the home felt safe from water damage. When we replaced the roof, we had to make sure the foundation of the roof was structurally sound, so we had to replace most of the decking. The homeowners chose our IKO shingles in a Summit Gray shade, which complement the rest of the home. The result is a couple of satisfied homeowners who don't have to worry about water leaks from their roof anymore!
