This ranch home was in need of a new roof, so we installed one. With low sloped roofs, as seen here, we like to install our KRS Sealoron XT Premium Ice/Water Shield underlayment. Low sloped roofs are susceptible to water build up, which can cause water seepage if not accounted for. With the ice and water protected underlayment we installed here, it will prevent built up water from seeping underneath the roof. This underlayment is adhered with glue to the roof, then we install shingles with nails over the underlayment, where the glue will wrap around the nails and seal them.
