We went and replaced this low-sloped roof in West Chester, Ohio because the existing roof was due for a replacement. The homeowner heard of us through a friend, who also got their roof replaced. The homeowners liked how much their friends roof looked, and gave us a shot. We suggested a full roof replacement with our Ice & Water Sealoron membrane underlayment in order to have the best protection for this low sloped roof. Low slopes allow water to build up sometimes, as the water isn't as quick to run off a roof. The result is a healthy, beautiful roof and a couple of happy homeowners.
